1) Acceptance

By downloading or using the QuantGoal mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Description of Service

QuantGoal is a Quantitative Sports Analytics app that offers signals for analysis, informational and entertainment purposes, produced by statistical/mathematical models related to football matches.

QuantGoal is NOT a betting, gambling or odds platform. It does not offer any betting services, does not facilitate betting transactions, and contains no games or betting mechanisms played for real money. The signals provided carry no guarantee of accuracy and do not constitute investment, betting or financial advice. Users evaluate the information in the App at their own responsibility.

3) Age Restriction

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over.

4) Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the App are free; others require a paid subscription (QuantGoal Pro). Results, statistics and settings are available to everyone; live signals and signal notifications are exclusive to subscribers.

Subscription prices, duration and renewal terms are shown up to date on the in-app purchase screen (App Store).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the period.

After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings under "Subscriptions".

For plans that offer a free trial, the trial period begins when you start the subscription and you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the price of your selected plan is charged automatically at the end of the trial. A free trial can be used only once per Apple ID; switching between plans does not give you a new trial.

Refund requests are subject to Apple's own refund policies; QuantGoal does not collect payments directly.

5) User Obligations

You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.

The signals, analyses and statistics provided in the app are for the subscriber’s personal use. You may not use them for commercial purposes, distribute them to third parties (whether free of charge or for a fee), resell them, publish them on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, social media or any other platform, or transfer your account to others. If use in breach of these rules is detected, QuantGoal reserves the right, depending on the nature of the breach and where necessary, to suspend or terminate access to your account. All of QuantGoal’s legal rights are reserved.

6) Intellectual Property

The App's content, models, design and brand (the QuantGoal name and logo) belong to QuantGoal Bilişim Pazarlama Limited Şirketi. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7) Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". Match data and statistics are obtained from third-party data sources and may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors. The accuracy and uninterrupted availability of the signals, or that they will lead to any particular outcome, is not guaranteed. Past performance statistics shown in the App do not guarantee future results. To the extent permitted by law, QuantGoal cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from use of the App.

8) Changes to or Termination of the Service

QuantGoal reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the service. Where a change or termination materially disadvantages paying subscribers, we aim to give reasonable advance notice.

9) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Your rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved.
