QuantGoal ("Company", "we") processes the personal data of users ("you", "User") of the QuantGoal mobile application ("App") as the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), within the scope described below.

2) What Personal Data We Process

QuantGoal is a Quantitative Sports Analytics app. The App does not require you to create an account or sign in, and it does not collect email addresses through the App. The data we process is limited:

Push notification token (Expo token) — Created when you grant notification permission. Purpose: to deliver signal notifications to your device. Notification permission is requested only when you access live signals or when you purchase a subscription; you can turn it off in your device settings at any time.

Subscription status (whether you are a subscriber, subscription expiry date) — Collected when you make an in-app purchase. Purpose: to manage your access to live signals and notifications.

RevenueCat user ID — When the App opens, our subscription provider RevenueCat assigns a randomly generated anonymous ID so it can check your subscription status. If you have granted notification permission, your push notification token is used as your user ID with RevenueCat instead. Purpose: to match your subscription to your device.

Support correspondence — If you email us for support, your email address and message are processed only to respond to your request.

Technical logs — Standard technical access records such as IP addresses, and technical error messages sent from the App, may be kept on our server hosting provider. Purpose: to keep the service secure and working, and to fix errors.

Data we do not collect: name, ID information, location, photos, contact lists, browsing history. The App contains no advertising SDKs and no SDKs intended to track users.

The App is not directed at persons under 18.

3) Method of Collection, Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing (KVKK Art. 5)

Your personal data is collected automatically through the App and your device while you use it, and through the information you send us when you contact support.

Push notification token: Within the scope of the notification permission you grant (explicit consent, KVKK Art. 5/1) and to perform the subscription service (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.

Subscription data and RevenueCat ID: Performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) — necessary to provide the subscription service you purchased.

Support correspondence: To respond to your request; legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Technical logs: Security of the service and fixing errors; legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

4) Parties Your Data Is Shared With

Your data is shared with the following service providers, strictly for the stated purpose:

• RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription/payment management (US-based)

• Apple Inc. — purchases made through the app stores (US-based)

• Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) — push notification infrastructure (US-based)

• Railway Corporation — server/database hosting (United States of America - California)

These providers process your data only on our behalf, for the stated purpose; they do not use it for their own marketing purposes.

International data transfers: Some of the above providers host data outside Turkey (notably in the US). Your data may be transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9, subject to the contractual safeguards in place with the relevant providers.

5) Data Retention

Push notification token and subscription data: kept for as long as needed to provide the service, or until your deletion request.

Support correspondence: kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and as required by legal obligations.

Upon your deletion request, your push notification token and the subscription records on our servers are deleted. Purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies as required by applicable law.

6) Your Rights Under KVKK (Art. 11)

You can exercise the following rights by contacting us at support@quantgoal.io:

To learn whether your personal data is processed

To request information if it has been processed

To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly

To learn the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred

To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate

To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK

To object to a result against you arising from processing exclusively by automated systems

To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

We respond to applications free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

7) Cookies (Website)

The quantgoal.io website runs on the Squarespace platform and may use cookies that are necessary for the basic functions of the site. These cookies do not identify you personally.

8) The App's Relationship to Betting/Gambling

QuantGoal is a sports analytics application based on mathematical and statistical models. It is not a betting, gambling, or odds platform; it does not offer or facilitate any betting service.

9) Changes

This policy may be updated; we will notify you in the App of material changes.
