Subscription Terms

This page describes the terms of the “QuantGoal Pro” subscription in the QuantGoal app, provided by Quantgoal Bilişim Pazarlama Limited Şirketi.

Plans. QuantGoal Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with weekly, monthly and annual periods. The current price for your country is shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store; taxes may be included.

Free trial. A 3-day free trial is offered on eligible plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the price of your selected plan is charged automatically. The free trial can be used once per Apple ID.

Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing and canceling After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund is given for the remaining time in the period, but your access continues until it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Restoring purchases. If you subscribed with the same Apple ID, use “Restore Purchases” in the app to re-activate your access.

Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple, so refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com).

Price and content changes. Price changes are announced in advance in line with Apple’s rules.

Nature of content. Signals in QuantGoal are informational outputs generated from statistical models and do not guarantee any result. The app is not a betting service.
